If you’re in the sleep field, and you don’t live under a rock, you’ve probably heard about the AAST’s break with the AASM and their move to a new association management company. After a 5-month long evaluation process, the AAST Board of Directors made the unanimous decision to transition from AASM to SmithBucklin Corporation. The AAST expects to have their new headquarters, staff, and offices fully functional on July 1st, 2017.
With such major changes the AAST recorded a video presentation from their Town Hall meeting held in March that addresses a large number of questions submitted by members.
Get your answers to questions like:
How will the change in management support the growth of the AAST?
Will this venture affect our CMEs or annual dues?
Will we still have a membership directory?
How does this change affect the AAST organization?
