On the weekend of March 9 – 11, 2018, Project Sleep invites you to join the fourth annual international Sleep In (#SleepIn2018) to raise awareness about sleep health and sleep disorders during Sleep Awareness Week. Project Sleep is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to educate and empower individuals using events, campaigns, and programs to bring people together and talk about sleep as a pillar of health.

Challenge yourself to stay in bed for 12 – 48 hours and ask your friends and family to sponsor your Sleep In to benefit Project Sleep.

Sleep is the misunderstood and often-overlooked pillar of health. Whether you are a sleepy teen, a person with a sleep or circadian condition, supporter, sleep professional or sleep enthusiast, your SLEEP IN matters. Use your voice, and bed, to shine light on the night.
