AARC Cancels 2020 Congress, Virtual Event Planned

The American Association for Respiratory Care has decided to cancel the AARC Congress 2020 live event due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 and its effect on RTs everywhere. As the U.S. continues to work toward reopening, the AARC said there are still uncertainties that prevent an effective in-person meeting.

Attendee safety and the ability to have a worthwhile experience remain the AARC’s top concern and a quality, in-person event for 2020 would not meet the standards participants have come to expect from AARC Congress.

The AARC is now working on a new virtual event for this fall. More information available here.
