EnsoData has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list for the third consecutive year. Featured in the May/June 2023 issue, which hits newsstands on May 16, 2023, and prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or a virtual facility.
EnsoData’s AI solution, EnsoSleep, analyzes the waveforms recorded in in-lab (PSG) and at-home (HSAT) studies and produces an easy-to-read report physicians and other clinicians use to make faster, more accurate diagnoses. The technology has been adopted by over 130 provider organizations like Rush University, Advanced Sleep Management, and CHI St. Joseph Health, with more than 500 clinics across the United States.
Prior to EnsoSleep, clinicians would manually review and interpret the data in a sleep test from scratch. Analyzing over 6+ hours of data manually is time-consuming and leaves a lot of room for human subjectivity. The AI solution saves clinicians more than half the time on scoring, which they repurpose into enhancing patient care, improving patient outcomes, and generally increasing productivity in other areas of need within their organization. After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 591 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
“Our people are what makes EnsoData tick. Without their absolute dedication and passion to make healthcare better, none of it would work,” said Chris Fernandez, co-founder, Executive Chairman, and Chief Research Officer of EnsoData. “From day one, we sought to build an inclusive, values-driven company culture. One where everyone can thrive. It’s been extremely rewarding to watch our vision come to life with each new hire adding their own personal flavor to our team.
“Being named to Best Workplaces is an honor that only a small fraction of companies have been able to claim,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Proving to the world that you’re a magnet for talent and have a culture that keeps teams engaged, productive, and proud to come to work is a truly remarkable achievement.”
